Your In-Home consultation & MeasuremenT
Our window consultant goes to your home at a time convenient to you to assess your needs and recommend the best product for your home. In addition, during the in-home consultation your window consultant will inspect and measure each window and/or patio door opening. A good quality installation is just as important as a quality window. It starts with an accurate measurement and ordering the properly sized replacement window.
Your new windows are custom manufactured.
Your new windows are custom manufactured for a precise fit. Before leaving our state of the art manufacturing facility in Sacramento, your new windows are inspected to insure your complete satisfaction. All units leave the plant with an NFRC label attached so that you can verify the performance of you new windows.
Your new windows are installed.
Within 3-4 weeks your installation will be scheduled. Your old windows are removed and your new windows are installed by our licensed and certified installers. The new windows are squared and plumbed to provide a good fit and proper operation. The windows had been carefully measured and your replacement windows were custom manufactured to allow for enough tolerance for a proper installation. A bead of silicone caulking is applied around the entire perimeter to seal around your new window. Your new windows are inspected and any necessary adjustments are made for proper operation. All old windows and debris from the job are removed. All work areas are thoroughly cleaned up. You are then presented with a customer satisfaction survey to assure that we have met all of your contract specifications.
